Room was comfortable, Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was OK

Liked how quiet the hotel inside.

Pictures didn't exactly match the hotel, and the bathroom wasn't very clean on arrival.

Good location

The hotel is very modern in a great location. Rooms are big and very comfortable!

We tried to order from room service twice but unfortunately both times it was closed, tried to order at 23:00 and another day at 18:00. The guy that answered the phone told us they close at 14:30 that was the only thing that was a bit annoying. (Might be due to the holiday they had)

Clean, friendly, easy to get a taxi or bus from the hotel. Nice pool area and Air conditioning was good.

Only downfall was the safe did not work

the hotel was situated nearby to all the tourists spots and other shopping centres, there was always a taxi or a tuk tuk there to take you around. The hotel was very clean. Swiming pool very nice.

The staff was really friendly. The room was nice an clean.

When we wanted to order food it always came to the room cooled down. They also did not have a lot of the things on the menu. It was kind of hard to reach it always took a long time for drives to vind it.

Everything about this hotel is great. Rooms were spacious enough and conmfortable. It's very close to the center and offers a free shuttle service till Siam Paragon which was great. There are two 7-Elevens around the hotel and cheap places to have chinese and thai food. Laundry service is available but there is a cheaper option a few minutes walk from the hotel. The pool was empty all the time. The staff was always helpful. Breakfast was limited but was good. They have a thai massage service which is good and affordable. Overall it's one of the best 4 star hotels I have ever stayed at.

The hotel was clean and the staff on reception were attentive however, I would avoid booking for a massage as the staff aren’t organised changed the time of my appointment four times at short notice!

Free shuttle service one way to Siam & Baiyoke

Facilities were extremely basic - pool is small and located awkwardly directly underneath hotel room windows and at the front of the building facing on to the road and therefore isn’t practical for use. Hotel location isn’t within short walking distance to main areas of interest or public transit (20 min walk) so guests should bare in mind additional cost of commuting via taxi/tuk tuk (at least 200 Baht each way) - most drivers also find difficulty initially locating the hotel. Cleanliness is a major concern given most linens are stained and contents of rubbish bins are left dumped in the toilets by cleaners. Front desk Staff attempt to be helpful, however language barrier prohibit any progress. Shuttle bus service runs one way at limited times and signage notes booking is to be made 30mins prior, please read this as at least 45 mins prior to avoid any frustration with staff in securing a spot. Cafe downstairs is never staffed.

-Locates in the middle of the town, easily accessible to all the attractions and places. -Free shuttle bus to Siam Paragon and Baiyoke Tower -Pretty comfy bed. -Staffs are friendly and helpful -Amazing foot massage at an affordable price.

Hotel address shown on Booking.com is super confusing, 8/10 times Grab and Tuktuk drivers could not find the address and took us to wrong hotel nearby, caused minor troubles sometimes. When booking Grab, I recommend to put the address as ‘Bangkok Midtown Hotel’ instead of 888 Rama Vi :) Make sure to take the business card when you checkin, it would help as well.

Location is fine, close to Siam paragon. Staff is helpful and courteous.

The bathroom doesn't have a complete partition..It's also very small. Breakfast wasn't that great.

The hotel is a little bit old style, is not central and the breakfast is not good. The sanitary products (shampoo, shower gel) were shortage and every night we had to request extra in order to be able to wash ourselves.

The room was lovely and clean it was a bed room for just me I have a great view . Also the staff was very helpful and well presented I had no problems.

There’s a 7/11 (24hr shop) next door and a few shops but you have to get a taxi to the town which is only 5-10mins drive.
